Stop Spending Hours Calling Suppliers for Pricing and Lead Times

Text your material list to Scout. It handles the outreach to local yards, regional distributors, and direct manufacturers, delivering real quotes, firm delivery dates, and purchase paperwork straight back to your phone.

Scout handles it.

  1. 01

    Text your material list.

Type it, snap a photo of the takeoff, or forward a quote. No app, no dashboard.

  2. 02

    Scout gets to work.

It reads the list, finds the suppliers who actually carry it, and checks stock.

  3. 03

    It works the phone.

Scout calls yards, distributors and manufacturers anonymously. It never orders or pays in your name.

  4. 04

    Quotes back on your phone.

Real prices, firm delivery dates and the paperwork, with where every number came from.

You: Handwritten material list on a legal pad

Can you get this delivered to 95112 by Thursday?

Scout:

On it. 220 sheets of 5/8 Type X, 12 boxes of screws, 40 pails of mud. Checking yards near the job.

Later

Scout:

Called four yards. Two have all 220 and can deliver Thursday. One needs until Monday.

Scout: Drywall stock at the yard

Best: Valley Building Supply, $16.40 a sheet, $95 delivery, Thursday AM. They sent a photo of the stock.
